Question After new pload in 3.3 sound skips no words

Hello again one other problem.Building and upgrade a computer for local business.Have tried to upload there new music. However when I go back to play the music this box opens when I hit play, then it disapears.I get this repeated clicking sound, no words, but yet the countdown timer seems to countdown as if it were playing the song. However if I go to play a song that was previously on the hard drive they work fine. Please Help.

What kind of music? Karaoke?
Importing from disks or from the hard drive?
What box opens?
Does the countdown timer show the correct time as it counts down?

Sam

It sounds like to me the CDR drive that you are importing these new discs from is damaged. This is why you are getting the clicking.

You told me in a message that the system had to be rebuilt due to a fire or something of that nature.

I would look at the CD drive in the system, and make sure it is a PLEXTOR.
