uploading customer cdgs causes slowing of lyrics and music while playing

while a song is playing a customer wants me to play their song from their cdg. everything starts out fine but during the reading cdg process the song (the one thats playing) gets distordrd and subsequently, the lyrics get out of sink with the music (the song that is playing)

this only occurs in 3.110 I still have 3.06 on my other computer and it does not have that problem. The new program is on my new computer. Both computers have windows xp professional. The grahics card are radeon 9600 on both
