importing .bin,.mp3,zip file troubles

here is what I am getting when I try to download zip files into the program...

written at the top of the box is:
"Process filenames against field description"

inside the box reads as such:
The selected filename does not match the 'Template to Define Source Fields in Filenames'. Reclick the 'Convert XXXX button to modify your selections ending characters. Your file names must contain at least a 'Disc ID' and 'Track #' that match the template definition. The other 3 fields are optional and can be filled in later.

I have no idea what all of this means and am sure that it is probably a very easy fix. Is there a manual or something that I can look up any error messages in the future?...I hope you can help me with this pretty quickly because I have hundreds of new songs to put in the program....thanks...Dan
