Can't Install Upgrade

I bought the upgrade to Microstudio. When I go to run the program I get the error not a valid Win32 Application. What do I need to do?

See if ADMIN's suggestion may help in the below link. It addresses the same error message encountered in Hoster, only in the download stage. Since there was no response, it must have taken care of it. Wouldn't think it would matter which product is involved, considering the nature of the problem as ADMIN saw it..

I'd be tempted to do a new download and install fresh.

Hope this helps,

I tried as Admin instructed in the Hoster thread, and this did not work. Still not valid Win32 Application.

Still have a feeling the file is getting corrupted.

Microstudio 2.611 should be 3.77 Mg.

Go into the folder where you saved it, find the mstudio2611setup.exe file, righ click on it, click PROPERTIES, and see if it is 3.77mb.

Here's another link relating to that error message regarding Microstudio

I've tried the suggestion in that thread too. Plus I did delete the file and redownloaded it. The Microstudio file I've downloaded is 3.58 MB. Still getting the same error message. I'm running Windows XP Pro Media Center, and everything is up to date. Do you think I need to uninstall my old Microstudio program, then install the new one?

Give it a shot. If it doesn't take care of the problem, then support will need to get involved.

Still Nothing. HELP

I uninstalled Microstudio 2.312 and tried to install the new version. Still got the same error. Plus the new version size is 3.58 mb. I have downloaded this a couple of times still the same size. Not 3.77 mb. Everything on my computer is updated, and virus free. I could really use some help. Plus, I've tried everything suggested in the forums on ways to fix this Win32 error.

Here is what it is stating you are doing wrong:

Error: The registration code you entered is wrong. Please find your download instruction email with your Registration Code and enter it exactly as it appears.

If installing Microstudio, Vogone, Keyrite or Karaoke Home Producer, enter your Registration Code (not your prior Serial Number) in the Original Registration Code field and leave the Upgrade Registration Code blank.

You are entering your Email in the Field for Registration Code and your RegCode in the Field for your Email.
