TO MTU ONLY:

You know; I live in FEAR of upgrading this product.

It works great, so long as I don't do ANYTHING that requires using the install program. Upgrades, Reinstalls, (Usually because of a HD crash or the like), or, like this time, moving from Windows 2000 to Windows XP. (Same computer, Just a different OS) means using the install program. Using the install program means it dosent like my email address and I have to get somebody to, once again, FIX IT!!!!

HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!! It dosent like my Email address.
I tried: Wdayton@alltel.net
Which was my OLD ORIGINAL, (When I First bought Hoster), address.
Woked last time. Not this time.

I tried: dayton@gsiwave.com
I had to abandon this address because it was getting 50+ spams a day.
It did'nt work either.

I tried: dayton@intrstar.net
My current Email address, (Which I'm going to have to abandon soon for the same reason as the last one).
Same result.

I'm all out of email addresses folks. I don't have any more. Would you PLEASE tell me which one it wants "THIS TIME"?

I haven't even bothered to try the other MTU products yet. (Probably get the same thing).

Sigh! Fortunetly, my next show isn't till the end of the week.

Folks!!! This is about the 4th or 5th time I have had problems with your install program and I'm sorry if I'm starting to get on Y'all's bad side but, it's really getting old.
I don't want to have to keep up with changeing reg-codes.
I don't want to have to keep up with special upgrade reg-codes.
I don't want to have to keep up every old and out-dated email address that I have ever had.
I dont want to be made to jump through circus hoops every time I upgrade this product.
And I am cirtently NOT a software pirate.
I don't know why I have problems with this and others don't.
I just want to be able to (Leagally!), upgrade or re-install this product and be reasonably confident that it gonna work.... the FIRST time.

Hey! Hoster is a great product!!!
As for your install program......... (Explitives Deleted)

Sigh!
Any help will be appreciated.

First of all, when you Purchase Software from MTU, you list an EMAIL address.

From that point on, it doesn't matter to MTU if you take your EMAIL address and (Expletives Deleted) put it (Expletives Deleted) shine.

It only matters that you FILL-IN, each time you go online to REGISTER, that same EMAIL address, into the EMAIL Box provided, that matches MTU's records for YOUR Registration Number.

It doesn't matter that YOU decided to quit using your Original EMAIL. That Original EMAIL is a ONE-WAY Transmission...going to MTU. The EMAIL you list is not a TWO-WAY Communication. The EMAIL is simply Alpha-Numeric Characters that MTU compares in their database.

So, all that was, and is needed, is the EMAIL address that MTU has ON FILE for YOUR Account.

hey Bdayton,

why dont you just stick to the version of hoster that works for you? its not neccessary to upgrade everytime a new version comes available.
