MTU Support

Hello Support,
You told me in my last thread that I need to Down load from my store account...because my disc is corupt......Thats fine but my store Doesn't even show my first order.....order #23680.
How can I down load my software again??? And My personal download link is shut down....and it has not been a year yet like stated in your download rules.
Please help!

I am having the same problem in this thread.

I have been informed that because of when I made my original purchase, my data links were lost during a server change over.

Apparently, they are working to re-link my account information. However, it's been about four weeks since I first notified MTU of the situation and they have not been able fix the problem yet.

I'm confused. Order #23680 belongs to a P. Lewis with a different email ending "...ia.net" than you are registered with in these Forums.

It was ordered 09/14/2004. IS this you and is 23680 really your order?

If so, you can log into your account now and see your orders. However, the download link expired in 2005. If you want the latest Hoster 3.310, you need to order the upgrade.

If not, what is the correct order# you are asking about, and is your registered email in these Forums your current one? If not, we don't have any way of determining who you reall are unless you post your name or the correct order#.

We have 1200 links we have to painstakenly and absolutely accurately change to link to the Account records. I am sorry it is taking so long.

I assume your Forum registered email is what your ordered with also. I have just emailed our web master again to focus on your email (Keith T) and fix your order(s) before others.

If you are not Keith T, and your email here is not what you ordred under, then please post your name and order number so we can find and fix it.

Thanks for the clear facts! The orders that were damaged were during August 2 to 23, and yours was right in the middle.

The fact that I found #23680 linked to P.Lewis indicates your order is there, but not linked to your record (the problem we are working on).

I have emailed our web master to change the order record to link to your account. It should be done today. Check back in your Account in 3-5 hours. Post back here if you don't see it appear.

I would like to talk with some one about this matter! I know that you guys are busy.....But so am I!!! and I would like to load my software this week so that I may get prepared for my gig this weekend.
