dual display

I dont know what the capabilitys of that card is but it must do extended desk top. right click on desk top any blank area left click on propertys, left click settings, you should see two boxs 1 & 2 if not your card will not do dual display as needed, if you see two boxs look for check box that says extend my desktop onto this monitor, check it, click apply this should do it. Try as Bobcox stated and let us know if it works, we have no idea if this chip will work or not.

We only use the ATI Radeon 9200 Pro cards in our systems.

Of you do see two monitors, make sure to check the one (usually #2) you wish to extend the desktop to before checking extend my deskto onto this monitor.

I do have two boxes available...I check the number two box and it changes the size of everything on my desk top...but I still cant get it where the words for the music are taking up the whole screen on the television unless I double click on the words on my puter screen...then I cant preload songs because I cant see anything but the words on my puter screen...is this normal or is there something I am not doing?...

video card properties

After you check box #2 you need to left click extend desktop....I forget what else that line says. Then you left click apply. That should Set things up correctly. If the words still appear on your screen and not the singer's screen you need to left double click on the words of the song on your screen amnd that should send it to the singer's screen. I hope this makes sense and works for you.

What two boxes are you talking about? When I said to make certain to click on box #2, that was when you were in the set up program as described by BOBCOX regarding setting up extended desktop..

If you mean in Hoster:

Of the two screens in Hoster, the one on the upper left side of the program is the KJ's screen, and is not movable.

The other one is the singer's screen. You must have the singer's tv connected to the pc and turned on before moving the singer's screen over to it. If all is set up correctly, and no song is playing, both screens should be blank.

Click and drag the singer's screen off pc monitor and onto the tv. Most of the time this is to the right, but some are to the left, depending on the video card. Some video cards work different than others and double clicking will send the singer's screen to the tv and some have to be clicked on and dragged over.

After you get it over there, then double click it to fill the screen. It should be blank until you start to play a song, then you should see the lyrics on it, and be able to see the same thing on the small KJ's viewing screen.

Hope this helps.

George
