Gigaport sound card and Hoster

I can't seem to get my computer to work with hoster and gigaport.....anyone have any ideas?

Care to enlighten us to what a "gigaport" is....

I'm assuming gigaport is a usb soundcard, if this is correct press or say "1" now.....


OK, assuming this is correct, does it show up in windows as your default soundcard? I believe Hoster will only work with the Default or Primary soundcard. So just assign the gigaport as your primary sound card, and you should be good to go, of course it couldn't hurt if you make sure it's plugged in prior to starting windows, and shows up as your default. It could be that when you start windows it doesn't recognize the USB ports til after it sees your other sound card (assuming you have another) and the gigaport is assigned as a secondary.

P.S. If this doesn't work, give us some info on your system specs, if possible attach a .txt file of your DirectX report. To do this go to start>run>dxdiag then wait for it to complete the system scan and click Save All Information.
