Problems with Microstudio under XP-Prof/SP2

Last year I bought Karaoke Suite and installed it with Window XP Prof without Service-Packs. It worked without a problem. Now I have changed my system to Windows XP Prof included SP2.
It is possible to create a song with the KHP but when I will play it on Microstudio I can hear the music (with breaks) and see the title, but the lyrics doesn`t come sync with the music. The same problem when i will play Original CD`Gs.
I have 2 different Computer`s, but it doesn`t work on both

1. Computer 2. Computer
Pentium4 - 2,8 GHZ AMD Athlon XP 1800
2,0 GB RAM (Infineon) 512 MB RAM (Infineon)
ASUS P4 P800 Deluxe AOPEN K77 Pro
MSI Graphic Card 128 MB Diamond Viper 700
HDD 1 - 200 GB HDD 1 - 120 GB
HDD 2 - 160 GB HDD 2 - 80 GB
Plextor Premium v. 1.06 Plextor PX 48/24/48A v. 1.05
Toshiba DVD Toshiba DVD
XP Prof / SP2 XP Prof / SP2
DirectX 9.0c DirectX 9.0c

- I have installed all updates from Microsoft
- I have removed all Burning Progs (WinOn 6.0 DVD Edition / Nero 6.0
- I have installed the ASPI Driver 1.20 from MTU
- I have changed the NVidia Graphic Card with an ATI Card
- I have removed and installed the Karaoke Suite i think about 12 Times (with restart of the system) but the problem is always the same.

Next week i will make a trip to Florida and i need my songs on CDG`s. Therefore I need your help.
Thank you.
Markus

You might try adjusting the audio accellerators.

Click START, RUN.

In the box that opens, type in dxdiag and click OK

Once the dxdiag program has stopped running, click the tab SOUND 1.
This is usually the main soundcard. It will tell you in the Device block.

Near the bottom of the page click on the HARDWARE SOUND ACCELLERATION LEVEL slider and move it one notch to the left.

Repeat the process as necessary, moving the sliders to the left until the lyrics and audio are in sync.

If this doesn't cure the problem, you can always reset the sliders back to full accelleration if you want to.

Hope this helps,

George
