Question Songs on external hard drive

I recently purchased hoster, so I'm still trying to learn the program. I have an external hard drive that I stored all my cdgs on. How do I get Hoster to read the songs from the hard drive.

thanks, dricheyjr

Re: Songs on external hard drive

If I'm reading this right you have a hard drive with CDG files on it and you wish to get hoster to read them.

If this is the case hoster will not convert CDG files from your hard drive to kma files which it uses to read and play the songs. It will only accept files created from a CDG disc then it converts them to kma files which then can be stored on your drive.

Not sure if MTU will offer converting from the hard drive in the future.

It does take quite a bit of time to import the discs, but is well worth the effort! Once they are on your hard drive it is pure heaven to Host Shows!

You cannot build a database of cdg files.

Flipper is right.
