Trouble reinstalling

I am trying to reinstall the hoster program but I am getting then message that I have already installed it on two computers. Due to crashes, buying new computers and upgrading hard drivers I don't have it installed on any computers. I have e-mailed support but have not recieved a response. I know that you receive many many e-mails.

I have a show this weekend and would appreciate any help you can give me.
