Re: I can't register even with internet conection

Please make sure that you are typing in your Email address correctly. Also make sure that you click the Finish button, before you Remove the Floppy Disc from the computer that the program will be installed on. Once you have done this, then take the floppy disc out and take it to your Internet connected Computer. Then open the A:\ drive, and double click on the Runme.exe program. This will then transmit the information to MTU.

Let me know if this fixes your problem.

Re: I can't register even with internet conection

You just have to have this computer connected to the Internet before you start the Installation. Once you have done this, then it should not ask you this again.

Head scratching here.....

When the computer being installed is on-line, Microstudio will install with no problems.

Your problem has not been reported before.

Download the file again from our web site. It may have been corrupted in its travels to your computer.

Re: I can't register even with internet conection

Make sure that you don't have a Firewall that is blocking Microstudio from accessing the Internet. This is the only thing that I have seen that can cause this error.
