Brand new Purchase of Hoster- won't let me in

This is for Brian Cox- I just bought another hoster system from a vender in Az. (Dave jones). I called him to tell him that last night my hoster stopped letting me in and said that the serial number I used doesn't match the one registered??? Actually thats what I was trying to do was go on online and register the new software (as that error message about erasing files kept coming up) So anyway, now i can't get into Hoster at all. Please contact me ASAP and help again... my company's name is Wyle e karaoke, I think Dave's company is micro technologies unlimited?? I don't have a serial number to give you.
I really like the expandabe lyric screen on the monitor- that's great.

Is there anything I can do to silence the windows (Gong or Dong) sound when I search for a song title or artist that I don't have? It's sucky when someone is singing and that all too familiar noise comes over the PA...
