problem trying to install microstudio

I received an e-mail stating that, " my download is below". my order #17556 with the date is listed first, then below that it states that the download file is mstudio2609setup.exe. When i enter this into my search block i get a message stating that the page cannot be found. Please send me step by step instructions on where to begin as i cannot seem to get anywhere trying to load the program that i ordered. Also, send the instructions to my other e-mail address as my son says aol may have a built in accelerator. My e-mail address is brownie175@comcast.net
Thank you.

Re: problem trying to install microstudio

The email you received has a Personal Download Link at the bottom (it normally will be blue and underlined). You need to click this link to start downloading the file to your computer. We do not email Installation program files. You must click your download link to get it.

AOL can have a download accelerator. Ask you son to help you disable it, or sign on through some other Internet Service Provider to get the download.

You may also ask your son to download it and put it on a CDROM for you so you also have a backup. PRINT the instruction email also and put it with the CDROM so you will have a way of installing it again if you ever need to.

If you can't download over the Internt, you can order a CDROM from MTU to be mailed (or choose other shipment means).
