New Features in V2.3
  • Record Icon upgrades include 300 element peak meters, buttons for Record/Stop, Files, Pause, Retake, Segment, and Close, fields for Active Length and Disk Free and will record without a Project open

  • Segments are yellow and change to red when selected

  • The View window shows 15 segments

  • Append Project command

  • Set Start Time Field without a Project open

  • Improved TimeLine appearance for unmixed areas

  • Segment screen uses same Gridline as Project

  • Can now locate moved segments

  • Edit Play follows Play Cursor

  • Upgrade all numeric fields with fixed ":"

  • Split Segment ignores selected Markers

  • Record Icon allows random channel assignments

  • Write Record in sync while Chase-Lock playing

    New Features in V2.3a
  • Added Record During Chase Lock command to the Project Screen Play menu. Clicking this command enables or disables recording during the Chase Lock command. When enabled (checked), while Chase Lock playing, you may click the Record Icon or press F2 to start/stop recording to the ISF file. This only works while Chase Lock playing, not while waiting for sync to begin playing. After recording is stopped, Chase Lock suspends while a segment is added to the project. The segment is auto named Take n where n is a take number. The take number resets to one (1) each time Chase Lock command executes. If recording starts before the end of the Project, it will continue beyond the Project end. However, SMPTE time code will stop updating at the end of the Project. Recording may be started after the end of the Project has played. The recorded segment appends to the Project, regardless of how much time elapses after the end of the Project. Halting and restarting the SMPTE time code will get the SMPTE time code displaying again, but recording cannot occur until playing again. If you replay an area with a new segment that requires mixing, it will mix prior to playing

    New Features in V2.3d
  • Audio played out digital through the I/O module also plays out analog channels C & D. If digital I/O has been used and audio is played out analog channels C & D, it will also play out the digital ports. Any sample rate will play, even other than 32K, 44.1K or 48K.

  • Multimedia Sound Device Driver is operational by this version.
