upgrading my plextor drive
About ten months ago I purchased the microstudio software and the plextor prem(52x) drive from MTU. I'm now considering upgrading my drive to a plextor PX-708A or PX-712UF, but before I do I would like to make sure that the microstudio software will reconize the the drives as supporting the cd+g format. The data sheet on the drive says both drives support cd+g (along with DVD).

Microstudio 2.604 will support the Plextor 708 drives. The next release of Microstudio in a few weeks will support the 712 models of the drives.
