can't upgrade shuttle.....

Good News is: I haven't had my nervous breakdown YET>>>Bad news Is: I bought 2127 upgrade and put it on my MTU laptop. After having problems, finally got the 2209 on the laptop also. Next, I need to bring my MTU Shuttle up to date....Mtu said that we can use the upgrade on 2 computers. I assumed the 2127 should be loaded on the Shuttle first and then the 2209 after that. When I tried to register the Shuttle with MTU, I got the message: "Our records show that registration code was already registered with a different device. Press next to pick another ethernet device." I pressed next and nothing happens......What am I doing wrong??? Both the Laptop and Shuttle have their own Hoster programs. I purchased a USB floppy drive in order to be able to register my Shuttle, as they did not come with one. The Shuttle is used only as "insurance" to be used only in the event the laptop fails during a show. So far, so good...we haven't had to use it, we've been able to get the laptop up and going again when we had a couple of failures...Where do I go from here?Pat
