Update to hoster

I want the free update. How do I download it?

Just click the download link in the original e-mail MTU sent you when you purchased Hoster. It will download the latest version.

According to the latest MTU e-mail regarding the Hoster upgrade:

My hard drive died a spectacular death just after originally loading Hoster, so i don't have the original e-mail any more. My problem is that to order a cd for the "free" upgrade will cost me another 29 dollars because I live in England. Surely there must be a way of arranging a download if I give my e-mail address and registration code to the powers that be? 27 dollars is an expensive "free" upgrade!

Thanks I just recieved the upgrade info

Info appreciated. All upgraded and running ok, except still crashes but recovery is faster.

First, the "expensive" part is that like many software users, you didn't follow our instructions to make a SAFE backup copy and printout. If you had, the upgrade is FREE and immediate.

Second, you have registered in these Forums with a different email address, which PREVENTS me from locating your record in our user database. Thus, I can't help you any further until you email me your email address that you purchased Hoster with along with your name, address, and approximately when you purchased Hoster and I'll try to find your record. Click here to email the President.

It is ALWAYS best to use one email when communicating with any company. EVERYONE... today uses your email to locate your records.
