Is 2.124 available on CD?

Is 2.124 upgrade available on CD, and is it ready to be shipped, as I have received no email advising me it is available?

I do not have Internet access on my laptop, so without a CD version, how can I do the upgrade? I have broadband on my home computer, but Holster is not on that computer.

My present version 2.014 is working fine. Doing an upgrade to fix something not broken makes me nervous.

Please advise...
