Question Reinstalling Mtu Software

I RECENTLY HAD TO WIPE MY HARD DRIVE DUE TO TROJAN VIRUS.
WELL NOW THAT I AM UP AND RUNNING YOUR PROGRAMS WILL NOT REINSTALL. I USED THE SERIAL NO. TO UNLOCK SOFTWARE BUT IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. CAN ANYONE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEMM

Not knowing which version you have or anything else, it is hard to say. But one thought, is do you have your ethernet card installed, and the driver installed. If you have an older version that was how they protected it.
