new cp and hoster

I got My new pc and it work great for a while about 10 CDS. It startsd coping slow and leaving bad spots. The extra monitor would show the same as the mainI went and turn the extra one on first it still didnd't work. Aslo the main one would go black after each play and I would have to go back into hoster. Then it started to go with spots and look like it was in slow or safe mode. Here is the error it gave out. (1)CHKDS/F check for hard drive corruption .(2) error loading C:\ws\system32\nvcpl.dll. then It Gave this out. techical information 0X0000007B(0XF7C5863C,0X0000034,0X0000000,0XOOOOOOOO. The driver (plextor) to the cwr was gone. The Computer will not sign on to windows. CAN YOU HELP ME I DON'T KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS THANKS ROYMAC100@JUNO.COM.
