Songlist Problems

Just thought you guys might like to know about a database problem that creeps in from time to time. When I am doing a show, and I usually have in the neighborhood of 15 - 20 songs on the list...... sometimes the database changes who is singing which song. I havent been able to figure out why. But it happens at least once in every show I do. somes times three & four times does anyone have a clue what may be going on?
