Question Hoster Registration

Today I purchased Hoster via the web for internet delivery. I ran the utility that sends the MAC ID from the ethernet card to MTU in order to obtain the serial number. The problem is that the utility says it doesn't recognize the email address I am using, although it is the same exact one I used to order and purchase the product. Any ideas?

Rcatala,
Did you get it working? It looks as if you did in our registration database?

Yes I did get it working, but am having an intermittent problem. It seems that my laptop will boot up fine 2 or 3 times in a row, but then will occasionally tell me it has discovered a new device (the usb ethernet adapter) that is always there. It identifies with a different name than it really is and will not install. Of course, without it installed, Hoster won't run. It is only a "once in awhile" problem, but you can imagine the frustration that will occur during a show, when my music device won't boot up. The laptop is a top of the line Compaq N1000v with Winxp Pro. Any thoughts?
