Still can't download Microstudio

Received your email. I had all of the old version off, before I downloaded the new, and I still get the old version.

Downloading a program over the Internet to be installed on your computer is a totally different operation than installing it on the computer.

The download file is able to be installed. This is the file you should backup to a CDROM to prevent losing it again if your computer crashes again.

If you have a prior version running, you must first uninstall it using Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Once you have downloaded the Microstudio 2.400 file from our web site, double click it to install it. After installation, you can check the Help menu, About... command to see the current version running. It should show 2.400.
