just got my gem deries loaded up but it all came up UNDEFINED in my song book. were did i go wrong ???

When you say " it all came up UNDEFINED in my song book" Is it just the Songbook your having a problem with ?
Are you saying the whole thing came up as undefined or just one column of data like brand or genre ?

Do the tracks show up correct when you use the search feature or are they just listed as undefined there as well ?

If you open Tools Menu/Edit Songs can you list them there, if so are all the title and artist names listed in their correct columns there ?
If some of the data columns are showing as undefined which columns are showing this ?

Also which version of Hoster are you using ?

Just the brand name came up. I think i need to go to edit and delete. Then load it up again and make sure all the parameters are correct. Sound right?

Yes, you need to make sure the define field order matches the file names your trying to import.
