Singers search screen loses its preference at random.

Once in a while, 5or10times a night I seem to notice that the singers search screen loses some settings. It is usually the words setting. I'll open show fields and it is un-colored and I have to click on it again. Anyone else see this?

Bryant,
Can you give me more specific details as to exactly where you are talking about? I am not sure exactly what you mean with this. I also take it this is on version 5.08 beta right?

I'm not my laptop now, but it is the basic search for songs screen. The one that has the option to unclick the video, audio, karaoke, bookid, title, artist, etc. . It has an option to use the search by words or string, then you can hide the fields.

When I click on words, it sort of highlights to a color, then I hide fields. A few minutes later I'll click on show fields, and when I do, the words button is unclicked and I have to click on it again. It doesn't happen all the time, but about 5 or 6 times a show it does.

That happens to me also a few times a night. When I type the name of a song and only get that song displayed. And then other times (without changing the settings) it will display every song in the database containing those words.

Re: Singers search screen loses its preference at random.

I just opened Hoster and neither one is highlighted.

I can search just fine.

Doesn't matter to me if it is by words or string.

Almost like it is searching both ways.

Yes, I see, when you open the search neither one is highlighted, by default, but when you HIGHLIGHT ONE sometimes it reverts to both being greyed out. For some reason it doesn't stay that way all the time after highlighting one.
