Angry purchased update to load on new laptop MTU wont allow me to load...

I have a toshiba xp computer that crashed during setup but worked fine prior to packing up to leave for gig.....The program comes up but my computer doesn't read the usb ports plus much more..its fried...so I try to go online and unistall it..it doesnt work due to computer screwed up...I then go online and try to load it on another computer..tells me...I have to buy an update to load it...I buy the update...try to load it on my other computer...tells me this program has been installed already on two computers...it was only running on the one computer...didint have two laptops runing hoster anymore...just the one...well I load it no luck...I then go back to my account and looked where I purchased it...it tells me one download link has expired..this is the link i used to install it on my new laptop...ok Hoster links and codes are jacked up...I only have one computer now the new one I bought windows seven...NO program running no gig :( I sent a 24 hour emergancy ticket to realease the links and give me new codes...still havent heard anything...anyone reading this that works fro MTU can you please help

Your request has been heard and answered.

I am assuming your XP 1.6GHz system is the one you might have forgot Hoster was installed on. That record is now "ignored".

You can now install on your new computer.

If your XP 3.0GHz system is the one that crashed, please post that back here so we can correct our records.

Yes that computer was stolen a couple years ago....and yes the other is the one that crashed I have only been running one version of hoster video. The Toshiba xp is crashed and going into the shop..I now have a windows seven laptop....after this weekend I will be bringing two laptops...so I need two downloads please...thanks for your help...I don't know which laptop it was loaded on I had two toshibas...I can't get to the system info because of crash...

I did get access to loading the hoster on my new windows seven laptop...now I have one more download left for other laptop correct...incase I can't fix my toshiba i will be buying another back up..thanks for your help..and all your updates and fixes..are great....
