Trying to re-download Hoster 432.12

I go to Hoster 4.32 setup while trying to re-download Hoster 432.12 I get a message telling me: wrong email address, go to my account and scroll down the page to get your correct email address. My current email address is (Editted out) which is exactly what it says under My Account. Please Help me re-download Hoster 432.12. I have been working on this for about 12 days & haven't gotten a response from MTU SUPPORT in 8 days. I tried to re-download from my CDROM disc & from MTU website under upgrade. I have approximately 22 downloads left but they have expired. I purchased the upgrade in early November 2010.

Thank you, Neil Adornato

First off I took your email address out of you post. MTU does not want you to be getting spam from having it listed and it is not necessary to list it here.
Did you get an automatic response after submitting your Support Ticket. If not then your email program or ISP is blocking MTU and you need to change that. Be sure to check your Spam folder to make sure you didn't receive this.
If you did get the auto response, then keep in mind this is the holiday season and and MTU has been working shortened work weeks during this time.
I hope you are aware that to install an upgrade you have to have a previous version installed on the computer first. Upgrades will not install without this.

Re: Trying to re-download Hoster 432.12

Thank you for taking my email address off the thread ,I wasn't thinking.

The last response I received from MTU SUPPORT was: "Try it now, it should work". That was on Dec. 21. There isn't anything blocking automatic email.

I tried to download previous version of Hoster
(Hoster 3316) from my CDROM but setup will not allow me to download it. I get a message saying: registration code is for a different product.

( I would think the registration code now belongs to Hoster 432.12)

(I still have all of the hoster 432.12 files but I still can't get the program back.) Please Help ?

Re: Trying to re-download Hoster 432.12

Did you reply back to Support that it didn't work?
There is nothing that can be done from the forums. You will have to reply back to them and tell them that it didn't work?

?
When you open your account it should show a list of all your old versions along with their relevent registration #'s and email addresses you used at that time to install them. You must use this same email address and reg # to install these products even if you have changed your email address that you use now. Did you check this when you tried to install your old 3.316 version ?
