Upgrade question.

I might have missed something. I have not been on the forum for awhile. My computer completely crashed and lost everything not too long ago. MTU was good enough to help me out. It reset my REg and I was able to get Hoster re-installed. Now I am trying to upgrade to 4.32, I went through all of the steps and at the end a message said it had been more than 12 months since I paid for a service or upgrade , and instructed me to go to a web site and enter my account to purchase the upgrade. When I got there, it said I had TWO items in my cart and $139.99 to complete my upgrade. What gives??? A little confused.

Re: Upgrade question.

You should be able to correct that by changing the quantity if you haven't completed the transaction.
If you did make the purchase then submit a Support Email Ticket to Sales to get it corrected. Or you can use the Live Chat if they are on-line.
