Where do I find the Hoster setup information for Windows 7 ... ?

I know it's on the site somewhere, but I can't find it!

Re: Windows 7 Setup

Your welcome. When you install Hoster does ask if you have done the required changes and if you say no then you are directed to them for your system.

Re: Windows 7 Setup

Dale,

I didn't set this one up from scratch. A friend of mine let someone else set (screw) it up and I'm trying to get it straightened out for him!

Someone else convinced him they knew how and he finally realized they didn't! Now I'm trying to get it up and running for him.

I have a couple of other problems to address too, but right now I'm working on getting his discs loaded.

Problem 1: There is no singers display on the right side (the one I click on to send to the monitor) of the main screen. The Singers screen is on the left side (upper left, small screen) and you cannot move it.

Problem 2: They have some songs loaded on the internal hard drive and then started loading them on an external hard drive. After I get them all loaded, I will need to figure out how to get them all in one place!!!

Problem 1: What you are seeing on the left side is not the Singer's Display. That is the preview screen that is for the host. Go to Tools/Show Display and check the box next to "Always on" That should turn it on. If this box is checked then go to Tools/Options and click the Reset Displays button.

Problem 2: If they are all KMA files imported from CDGs then all you need to do is copy them from the location you don't want them to the location you do, then go to Tools/Songs Database click on Rebuild, delete the folder where you moved the files from in the window and Rebuild. That will fix it.
