your statement says you will try to answer the email hopefully between 1 hr to 24 hrs. i have recieved no comments from yourself on this matter i left my email address and all details in the email yours a j moss |

Did you get an automatic reply back with the ticket number in it? If not then check your spam folder in your email. You have to make sure that MTU.com is not listed as spam.
Also keep in mind that MTU does not have 24/7 Support. They work Monday through Friday normal work hours.

Installing on two computers for back up purposes is allowed.

this software was hoster lite and i believe was only licenced for 1 installation. however the pc has failed totaly and when trying to reinstall on a new pc licence issues where raised. i nead to clear this with mtu personel so i can reinstall the software for my friend. |

no i did not get an e mail with a ticket number on the first e maili sent so i sent another emergency e mail with all the details and i recieved n aotomated reply within minutes. i do not know what happened to the firstemergency email i sent them. if i recieved the second confirmation of theticket number is it likely the first confirmation would be in my spam box

Your first ticket may not have gone through since you didn't get the reply back on it. It wouldn't be in your spam folder if the second on edidn't go there too.
