Re: 4.20 Hoster image display

HELP. All of a sudden, my HOster display on the right side of the screen has disappeared and I can't get a display on my singer's monitor. When I bring up Hoster, it only has the left screen window display which shows the logo then it disappears and a 'x' in a box appears in the corner. The regular screen shows in that window but the other display never comes up and leaves a blank area on the right side. My demo version is correct and another software application I have does do the dual display on the screen and other monitor. I have a show Friday night and I am desparate. Thanks. I was working fine until yesterday when I started adding songs to my database. I have checked my free space on my C drive and it's 21.5%. I am running 4.20 from an upgrade a couple of weeks ago. I have over 2gb of ram on my computer and 1.67gh processor.
If I reload my Hoster software, will that affect my databases and files?
I'm new to this forum and still can't figure out how to create a new post so I'm relying on replys to other posts. Thanks.

In Tools/Options click on the Reset Display button. That will bring everything back to the default position. Then you can put the Singer's Display back to the second screen.
As far as the "X appearing in the preview screen, that means Hoster cannot find the picture you have setup as your background for the Singer's display.

First 21.5% free space is way too little. You should have from 25 -50% frre space on the C: drive for the computer to run properly.
I would suggest getting an external hard drive if this is a laptop and moving all your song files (KMA files) to that external and get them off of the C: drive.

The New Thread button is in the upper left corner when you open the Hoster Help forum.
