Thumbs up Text running off TV screen - changing resolution fixed it.

The words to the songs are running off the screen to the right side. It's never happened before and I don't see a way to correct it in the hoster program. When the television is on regular everything is fine. Any suggestions?

Edited.......I should add that the graphics in the hoster sceen are fine. It is only the television graphics that are off

Re: graphics (text) running off screen to right side.

Double click inside the singer's display. Then instead of double clicking to fill the TV, drag it over there and drag the corners to fill the TV.

Re: graphics (text) running off screen to right side.

Thanks Mark. I'll give that a try.

Edited......unfortunatly that didn't work. I tried resizing in the main window then dragging it over and I tried resizing on the tv screen also. Any other suggestions or is that the only fix and I'm just not doing it correctly?

Re: graphics (text) running off screen to right side.

Those Lyrics that are off to the right side are they showing up on the left side of you computer monitor?
I had a problem with an HDMI TV connect to computer here at home where the two "monitors" switched position (1 becoming the TV and 2 the computer) on me. This caused my lyrics to be just barely on the edge of my computer monitor and off center on the TV. Had to reset them back to the correct order.

Re: graphics (text) running off screen to right side.

Some graphic cards have a zoom feature, if this has been accidentally activated you can lose part of the picture.
Depending on your operating system right click on blank part of desk top, select properties/settings/advanced/Your graphics card, from the settings there check if it shows an overlay zoom setting.

This is just a suggestion I have not had this problem myself.

Roy.

Or the resolutions of the monitor are set a little different (smaller) than the computer screen. I've accidently done that before too.

Great info and things to try, guys. Thank you! Of all of the suggestions the loomed video card seems the most likely culprit since I had to use my wife's laptop on a in a pinch and she's a photographer. I will work through the solutions y'all have suggested and post the results here.

Whew what a week~! anyway, thanks for all the great info guys. in the end it was as simple as changing the screen resolution for the second display (which i THOUGHT i'd already done, but apparently not!) making the second screen resolution 1024x768 did the trick. once again thanks for the help. now go out and have great shows! ready!? BREAK!
