What should the setting for add silence when playing be set at

What ever you want. It is set in 1 second increments. If you think the Remove Silence is making the songs start to quickly then set it for 1 or 2 seconds and try it that way to see if it helps.

I'm a real stickler on that one..and I use three seconds at the start and two at the end and found that that really works well.
