The other files you are seeing are apparently MAC files. Since you are the first to try using this type of computer essentially you are on your own with any questions about deleting them. They are not Hoster files so will not effect Hoster at all.

Bucket.mdb is not a group of files but is a single Access Database file that contains all of the information Hoster uses to look up the information for a particular CD to insert the Title and Artist information for each track. This is locked (passworded) so this information that MTU has put together for it's customers can not be copied and used by competitors.

The problem with doing this is for those CDs that are listed in the Bucket or in the on-line database for look-up that information (w/vocals) will already be part of the Artists field. It is easier to go with the established standard method rather than trying to change it. You may have to make some initial changes but in the long run will be easier on you.

Just get a clarification on this before I try to explain any of this do you mean DiskID or BookID?
The DiskID is the number from the producer that identifies each individual disk. This number also identifies the disk so the look-up databases can provide the correct information. If you change this then there is no way to use either database to look up the information and you will have to hand type in everything. That's a lot of work created that can be avoided.
The BookID is the number assigned by Hoster or you for the purpose of your customers identifying the song they want to sing to you. They give you the number and type it in along with their name and add it to the playlist.

Search for Sound Effect files on the Internet and you will find both free and ones you will have to buy. That is where everyone gets them from. MTU does not provide any of these.
