4.09c upgrade

I m a little nervous about downloading this upgrade. I understand we will lose our backup 3.???. Which I have had to revert back too, due to lyrics sync problems with 4.08. What Does the Hoster Community feel about the stability of 4.09c? Do I need to do all the XP modifications . I have many gigs lined up for this summer, and I can't afford to lose any. My condolences to the Hoster member who has cancer as admin stated in another thread. I have been there and know the fear that, that word brings to patient and family.
Hey Dale Thanks for all your help in the past!! (I am sure in the future Also)

I have the Upgrade and no Problems to report, I don't use all the features, My People Just want to Sing, No Special Props On The Screen. And as Far 3.4 still have it on my PC even after the upgrade. I have a Desktop link to it and it did not delete when I upgraded.

i finally upgraded from 4.08 to 4.09c just last week. I had problems with 4.08, to me, 4.09c works better, is more stable, and my lyric synch is much better. That's just me now.... download it, give it a whirl, and let us know how you made out. George

4.09 fixed sync problems (again) especially with Vista. As long as you "upgrade" 3.4 will still be there. Always you need to do any Microsoft updates and check the XP list on MTU's site to make sure nothing has been changed by those updates especially when upgrading to new release.
I really don't think Hoster is the cause of your sync problems with 4.08 so it may still be there. This has not been a problem with the majority of the users since 4.06.

Music Man, Admin's cancer annoucement was in the 4.10 release Thread that Roy Dennis started. They make mention of it there.
