Emilio the best way to figure these out is to read the manual.
You cannot at this time do a slideshow. That function is not active in this version. You can set it to one photo file and show one on your Intermission and Audio screens. Putting a photo on the Lyrics and Video screens would not work because it wouldn't be seen as it would be covered up by the lyrics and videos.
The Marquee set-up is not in the Show Display except to set its location and whether it is hidden on a particular screen. To change what is showing on the Marquee, click on the Marquee button on the main screen. Then you can add or change whatever you want it to say.

The "slide" you are referring to is called the Marquee.
The Marquee set-up is not in the Show Display except to set its location and whether it is hidden on a particular screen.
To change what is showing on the Marquee, click on the Marquee button on the main screen. In the window that opens add whatever you want it to say then check the box to the left so it will show. When you add the first one that will automatically eliminate the default MTU item.

Any idea on when the "slideshow" (not the marquee) feature will be implemented?

Hey Vinny,
I have heard that folks are creating an HTML page with a java script slide show imbedded in it (there are free ones out there I'm sure). Once this is done, they load the HTML page into the intermission screen and have a slide show.

My show runs too fast to use a slide show between songs but this is how I would do it until the feature is written into Hoster.

Just a thought.

Jim

Mine doesn't. People tend to take their time after being called up to the stage. So there is always time to kill. Especially when the place is packed and someone has to make their way thru the crowd.

I found one that I'll try and report back.
