Problems importing with two Vista machines
I purchased Video Hoster 4.06 and it works great on my XP machine. I have a desktop with Vista that I want to load the second license onto in order to import my CD's, but when I run the Demo, it will not import CD's. When I select import songs, the Brand and Disc ID drop downs are blank. When I try to Search the online database, it comes back with the "Artist & Title Naming Instructions for Songbook" dialog box as normal. I select OK, but when I select "Import selected songs", the screen turns light and a box appears with the following "Host Application has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." This then closes the program. This also occurs on my other laptop with Vista. Can anyone help?

Look in folder C:\MTU\Hoster and see if there is a file called Bucket.mdb. I don't know whether the Demo installs this or not. If the file is not there then you don't have any dropdown items for the import in the Demo. I believe that is the way it is designed. You can still import for testing, but you will have to type in any information.
Since you already have the license for the 2nd computer, go ahead and install it on your desktop with Vista. Be sure you do all the steps listed in the page that opens (Vista only) before you continue with the install. This page does not show up when you install on XP. Then try importing. If you still have a problem. Then post it back here and we can work on that.
