What's best for Hoster 4 VGA or S-video?

Since I saw that you need to turn off a lot of things that consume pc resources. Do VGA and/or S-video affect those resources too?

Absolutely. If you are having problems with lag or sync you can try setting your color to 16 bit instead of 32 bit. That takes a tremendous load off of the video card. You can also try a lower resolution. Most of the problems encountered in the latest build seem to be centered around the video. You can have the fastest computer in the world with maximum memory installed, and still have a bottleneck in the video card. I have had the most trouble with Nvidia graphics cards. I'm not knocking them because I have always had good luck with them in the past. I think they may have a problem with the drivers. I have been able to roll back the drivers and improved performance in the cards.

I have seen this two, esp. in laptops, ATI seems to be the favored one with videos, in my DJ program too.
