![]() Is support having trouble keeping up with support tickets as i HAVE BEEN SEEING alot of issues. I posted a support ticket over a week ago with no response to date. I re-submitted today but know I want a responce soon!Is there an issue unknown to the forum?

They were short-handed this last week due to illness, so yes support is behind right now.
Check back on your tickets and see if they have replied.

When you add to your Ticket, it resets the date to the later date. It is better to just wait and it will be answered in order of earliest date.
If you are critical, check the Support site page and give us a call. We often are not available by phone all day, but after 2:30PM EST and before 4:30PM is the best time to call. |
