I lost my singer name display box

I had the box open for the singer name display and when I put my cursor in it to move it on the screen, it went away and I cannot bring it back. I have tried everything I can think of but I can't fix it. Anyone have any idea?

Try setting your screen display to a higher setting then move the singer display box to the Hoster desktop before you reset it back.

If that doesn't work, this is the present fix for your problem.

You will have to reset everything since the program will be set to the factory defauls.

Hey Claudett,
In Hoster 4.03 there is a button for this in Tools> Options called "Reset Display". MTU made it easier.

You songs are not effected. You will have to set up your displays of course.

Reloading Hoster will not rest your defaults. If it did we would have to start form scratch everytime we upgraded.

You are running 3.321a or prior.

Hoster 4.03 was released yesterday.

The Singers Names Display (SND) is now a "sub window" within the Show Display. You can make it show 30 singer names and songs during Intermission or Audio view, and 1 or 2 during Lyrics or Video views. It can't get lost any more as it's not a separate screen any longer. WE SOLVED this problem.

If the entire Show Display gets lost, which is because of our flexibility and... Windows problems, we added a Tools menu > Options command > Reset Displays button that instantly resets your Show Display to the middle of your screen. One button simple. Now if we can only fix Windows.....

Upgrade to Hoster 4.03... $69.99. It's ready and waiting.

ADMIN:

Ranblin's post is from "April 12th, 2007, 10:00 PM". I was green when I posted my response on "January 22nd, 2008 11:25 PM" and didn't look at the date.

As always your suggestion is right on and will help Claudette I'm sure.

Thanks

Jim

After you delete the registry entry and open Hoster, it will be like you opened it for the first time except all of your songs will be in Hoster.

What you are doing is deleting your present settings so Hoster will go back to the default setting.
