Hoster and accents problems

I have commented that I have problems with the files with accents "á é í ó ú ñ '" because many of my son is karaokes Spanish. I think the problem is not Hoster, is the system they are using compression (7zip think). For example if I have a zip file containing the names both tablets as if in the name with an accent, do not open the hoster nor songverter, but if the files do not bear internal accents and the file name if, Hoster opens it without poblema . I could help in this? It is too tired to be renamed files. Old version hoster no problems...
