4.01-singers database - can it populate from prior Playlists?

Is there a quick way to get my old saved playlists into the new singers database?

Unfortunately the answer is no. There is no current way to open the files to even copy the information.

I discussed this with Admin for months in this Forum, practically begging for this ability. However, there is a possibility that this feature could be available in a future version I HOPE..... if Admin doesn't foreget.

singers db

It would really be great to be able to save them into the new DB. All I do is private party's so there is a lot of repeat singers. They are all spoiled and expect me to know what they sang and the keychange. I have put a lot of time into making playlists for each singer and have about 50 long lists. I have started re-entering them but it will take a long time.

Folks, I'd like to say we'll do it, but by the time we fix all the gremlins being reported, and finish new features we have been working on but skewed from 4.00 to release, it'll be year end or next year.

Thats cool. I know you have to have everything working right first. I really like the changes in 4. After installing sp3 everything seems to be working fine for me so far. Thanks, Don

Admin, I too have lists I have made for over 2 years & was expecting this feature much sooner! What about at least being able to PRINT or COMBINE these playlists? You did say back in March that this feature would be included in 4.0?
