Holster 4.0 upgrade causing dual video issue

After upgrading to 4.0 I can not get the second display option to proper set up. I have tried several things in the Show Display. My Laptop ( Dell XPS GEN 2) has been working fine with previous releases.

Situation: The Main Holster screen is on the laptop. The Intermission screen is on the main screen, I moved it to the second display and double clicked it to make it full screen. When I play a CDG, the laptop and the second monitor are displaying the lyrics full screen. I lost the ability to continue setting up until the song finishes. Leaving the intermission screen on the main monitor ( Laptop) and resizing it under the Main Holster screen seems to allow the Main monitor to continue to be visible while the performers songs is played on the second monitor however even though the Next singer and time are checked they do not show up on the second monitor, Graphics card is nvidia Gforce ultra 6800 dual display card in the laptop.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Also I thought I read that 3.321 would be installed with the 4.0 upgrade allowing me to jump back to that version if something is not working properly and I don't see it anywhere. I think you actaully call it 3.8 or something?

This sounds like you are set-up in dual mode (same on both screens) instead of Extended mode. You need to check your display settings to make sure that it is right.
If you are in extended mode, then try dragging the intermission screen back to the laptop monitor and when you have it there double click it. That should make it jump to the TV already in full screen.

The 3.4 version is in the C:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster folder and the file is Hoster34.exe. Create a shortcut to this and put it on your desktop. That way you can find it easily to open it if you need it.

did you try and run v3.4 to see if it has problems too ?

I believe you are on clone mode, you need the Tv connected when you turn on computer so your nvidia geoforce graphic card could detect your tv and go to dual view mode or extended mode.

The displays are set to dual view. Hoster 4 sets up properly except when you are playing the CDG song. Then it appears to be like being in Clone Mode but the display is set to dual not clone.

I also tried Hoster 3.4 and it plays properly.

When the song starts double click on the Lyrics screen and that should send it to the secondary. Something similar happened to us last night.

If double click would not do the trick, try draggin the right side of the singer display on your desktop all the way to end of your tv then the left side, this will do the trick also.

Still having issues getting the second display right. The very first song to play in the playlist seems to take off fine in a show, after the first song, playing anything from the Playlist ends up with the second display and the primary display where I run the show to play the lyrics full screen casuing a lost of the ability to run the show. Also several times the when the songs plays you can not get back into the console until the song finishes. Again previous version seem to work jsut fine. Ended up running 3.4 to complete the show with no others issues. It seems to be completely related to version 4.0 ( Which now is 4.01), I applied the latest patch.
