![]() I have a computer at a facility that does not have internet access. I have imported all of my cdg's however some of the most recent ones, say 2005 to present years date do not show up. I go through the rebuild database and it shows the correct number of songs however doing a search does not reveal them. I have checked and all of my kma files go to the correct location "c:MTU\KMA". I guess my question is, in order to rebuild my database, do I need to be logged on to the internet.

As long as any and all folders holding KMA's are listed in the rebuild screen window, you should be able to build/rebuild the database and have them available. No internet connection necesary. Internet is only required for install or upgrade of Hoster and to make use of the Freedatabase disk lookup for importing CDG's.
What kind of search are you doing where you can't find your songs? Sam |

If you do not have internet then you will have to enter any information (Artist, Title, etc) by typing it in. The internal database was last updated in 2004. To use the on-line database (FreeDB) you have to be connected to the internet.
Rebuilding the database will not fix any you imported without adding in the information through the edit or deleting them through the edit and re-importing with an internet connection to get to the on-line database.
