Possible your DIRECTX got corrupted. Go to the Microsoft website and download the latest version of DIRECTX..

Hope that gets it.

The Ordinal Pointer error is related to DirectX not functioning right. BE SURE you did update to the latest, and it installs fully.

http://www.mtu.com/kb/how-to-get-help.htm is an important page of instructions how to ask for help. What you are telling us doesn't help us understand what you are doing, or what is happening.

Saying "it doesn't work" doesn't give any of us facts to work with. What DO you see? What DID happen? What ERROR MESSAGE(S) appear? These are facts we can work with.

Go to c:\Program Files\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster folder and delete contents (unless you have your song files in the Songs folder then don't delete that folder).

Next go to registry and find HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Micro Technology Unlimited\Hoster and delete that key. Here is the instructions on how to do this.
http://www.mtu.com/kb/index.php?acti...7cbdf94a54101f

Then you should be able to re-install.
