Upgrade to 3.315
I currently have 3.313. I originally purchased 3.3xx December 24, 2005. 3.312 was the last version I was able to download without assistance. After contacting MTU, they were able to update my link in my account to allow me to download 3.313 even though MTU will no longer use that method to distribute downloads. An email was never received even though I have no ISP spam filtering enabled. I do always receive my MTU.Community emails though. Now, after having not been on for a while, I see that MTU has released 3.315 which includes some updates that I have been looking for. Yet again, I have not received any email with a link. Is this because I am only entitled to one year of free updates? Where do I go to purchase the upgrade if that is the case. Your website indicates that ALL users of 3.3xx are entitled to this upgrade. Can you please clarify and assist? Thank you.

Create a Support Ticket, identify your first/last name and registered email. Request we insure you are on the mailing list and that you WANT TO be sent emails if you are not.
We send our standard "free upgrade" notice to all who elected to opt-in to our mail list for MTU product owners. Our mail list is an Opt-In/Out list that requires verification in conformance to federal spam laws. When we add someone, they are sent an email they MUST reply to. If you never replied to the verification email, you are not sent the emails in compliance with Federal spam laws. If you opt'd out, we can't send it to you. |

Upgrade woes
I created a support ticket one week ago and have yet to receive any response or closure. All that I want to do is add myself to your emailing list so that I can receive the latest link. Is there any way to speed things up?
Thanks Peter |

Have you checked the status of your ticket. They may have answered you and you didn't recieve for some reason. Check your junk mail or spam blocker to make sure email from MTU can get through.

I checked the status of the ticket BEFORE posting my message here. I do not use a spam blocker on my computer and I have the one at my ISP disabled. I use Outlook 2003 which places all email labelled as Junk in a separate folder which I check before discarding.
