Red face mtu staing software registered to 2 pc's

I purchased suite 4 16th Apriil 2005 for a friend who paid the total amount in cash, and though he does not have internet acces I agreed to download for him. I however did not download the trial version but the real software as I had seen a friend using it at a karaoke show in Wakefield and was very impressed. I unfortunately did not realise about the two lives that was stated in the manual I read after installing the software on my desktop. On Sunday I purchased a Laptop for my freind and wanted to put the software onto the laptop. I found on the mtu website the upgrade from 3.006 and tried to dolwnload as per instructions on the free icon. this did not work and reading further it stated use the download personal link on my email. I however believe I have made a mistake and used my original download key, and reinstalled Suite 4 instead of the upgrade. however the new download was the new version. when we tried to install on the lap top and the screen stated connecting to mtu for confirmation, your reply states that the sofware is allready registered to 2 pc's. As you can see this has not happened, could you please help so I can install the software on the laptop and start to enjoy the operation of seems to be a fantastin piece of software. Many Thanks Andy Moss.
