From that time on every time I try to use the search to play a song I get this massage Error (C:\program files\micro technology unlimited\hoster\song\cb90096-1 kma was not found on hard drive). I have not been able to play one song seance this happened. I can find the folders & files where the song are. I need someone to tell me how to fix this. Please HELP Lowell

Re: Lost My Downloads
If your songs are on an external hard drive, make sure it is on. If this is not the case try rebuilding the songs database. I hope this helps.

Re: Lost My Downloads
I fully concur with Steve. Tools menu, Build Songs Database command will "remove" the missing file.
But... as Steve said, make sure your hard drive is plugged AND functioning. Trying accessing files out there with Windows Explorer or playing a .wav or .wma fie with Window Media Player. Might be a bad cable also. ![]() |

Re: Lost My Downloads
Think you Steve For your help but I don't use an external hard drive and I rebuilt my song database (did not help.)
Also Thinks Mtu. For Some reason the song downloads files must have been moved where hoster Can't find them. In trying to fix this problem I may have moved them I don't know. Every thing else seem's to be working all rite (Need More help) Lowell

Re: Lost My Downloads
Try to search for one of the missing files using the windows search option.
And see if it has moved to another drive than specified on your hoster settings.... If you can not find the files, then they must have been deleted, or damaged, maybe set "hidden". If you do find them with the search program check that the path where the files are set, is allso setup inside hoster. /Frode |

Re: Lost My Downloads
files dont move by themselves, you need to find your .kma's and point the rebuild database to the file that they are in.

Re: Lost My Downloads
Exactly as Beavis has stated. This is all you have to do. This is the only thing that tells Hoster where your songs are located.
