the worst case you will just have to delete the songs in microsoft access.

Re: Help! Can't get songs off database!!

when you have song you want to delet from hoster

first delete the songs(kma) from your hard drive
after doing that you must
delete your songs mdb and your songs mdb back up

and then rebuild your database

depending on what verison you are using you all so should delete all your rft files any thing that holds song names in it

then after rebuilding your songs mdb you can reprint your bokk and they should be gone

do not touch your bucket mdb leave it there

Re: Help! Can't get songs off database!!

what you are seeing is in your songs mdb even though you delete yoru kma file it is still in your songs mdb and will be until you delete it and then rebuild your songs database

to all who read this when you delete a song a kma from the hard drive

you must then delete your songs mdb and the back up
before you rebuild the songs mdb or you will still see that song in your book

and the back side of this if you edit the songs mdb to get rid of the song
and rebuild the database with out removing the kma it will still show up the
first time you rebuild

YOU MUST REMOVE THE KMA THEN THE SONGS MDB AND THE BACK UP
BEFORE YOU REBUILD
IF YOU DO IT IN THOSE STEPS YOU WILL BE GOOD TO GO

HAVE A GOOD ONE

Re: Help! Can't get songs off database!!

ITS IN THE MANUAL ON HOW TO DO THIS

but in a nut shell on the c drive or were ever you installed hoster
you will find the mtu folder under programs
inside there will be a folder named hoster in side that there is a folder named database the songs mdb and the backup will be there
delete them and then restart hoster and rebuil your database

and the it should be ok

in that same folder you will see the rtf files if you tryed to print a song book
you will need to delete them all so if you want to get it out of your book
